Quick Summary

  • Your booking is flexible. If the mountains or weather say “not today,” we’ll reschedule or refund 100%—your choice.
  • We fly conservatively. Routes, glacier landings, and timing are conditions permitting at the pilot’s discretion.
  • We keep it personal. For private charters, tell us your goals and any needs—we’ll tailor the pace and plan.

How to reserve

  • Deposit is required to secure a reservation.

Arrival & check-in

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your flight. We’ll greet you, brief you on any necessary updates, and answer questions.

  • We understand things happen. If you’re running late, please give us a call us—we’ll do our best to accommodate within the day’s schedule and weather window.

Weather, safety & pilot discretion

  • We fly with responsibly, with your safety and our pilot’s safety in mind. Weather, snow, tides, daylight, and park operations can change plans quickly.

  • Reschedule at a time that works, or full refund to your original payment method

  • Glacier landings, specific viewpoints (e.g., Wickersham Wall, Peak Summits) and wildlife activity are often unpredictable – mother nature is in control.

Changes (date, time, participants)

  • We’re happy to help—no fees for changes  we will do our best to re-accommodate the same day if conditions allow.

Weight, seating & gear

  • For safety, we request accurate passenger and gear weights and may limit or re-distribute seats and cargo load.

  • Mobility or comfort needs? Tell us in advance—we’ll adapt the pace and assist on boarding.

  • Drones are generally restricted in parks/wildlife areas; please ask before bringing one.

Special notes by experience

  • Glacier landings: weather dependant
  • Bear Viewing (Chinitna Bay, Lake Clark): Wildlife behavior and tides shape the day. We aim for quiet, respectful viewing and follow current regulations.
  • Iditarod flights: Access and ground time depend on race operations and weather; plans can shift quickly.

Health & comfort

  • If anyone feels unwell, tell us—we’ll slow down or adjust.

  • Dress in layers, wear sturdy/waterproof footwear, bring sunglasses and a camera.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are never expected but are always appreciated by our pilots and team. Should you wish to recognize exceptional service, gratuities may be offered at your discretion.
